Contact and appointment requests
The contact form and the appointment request form send what you enter (your name, phone number, email address if given, and your message, or the treatment, date, time of day and notes you choose) to Cosset by email. The website itself keeps no copy. We use these details to answer you and to arrange your appointment.
Newsletter
When you subscribe, we email you a link to confirm your address. Nothing is saved until you open that link and press Confirm; an unconfirmed link stops working after 7 days. A confirmed address is kept for 30 days and then deleted. The same email holds an unsubscribe link that deletes it sooner.
Limits on repeated sending
To stop automated spam, the website counts how many forms are sent from each network address and to each email address. The counters hold a one-way hash of the address, never the address itself, and expire after a day at most.
Services that process data for us
- Resend delivers the emails: your requests to us, and the newsletter confirmation link to you.
- Upstash stores the confirmed newsletter addresses and the counters above.
- The company that hosts this website keeps its own logs of the requests it serves.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
